Job Summary

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This may include helping with personal care, household tasks, and community activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives
  • Help with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompany individuals to community activities, such as shopping, dining, and entertainment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
