Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Cook to join our esteemed organization, Athens Health and Rehabilitation LLC. This role is vital in ensuring our patients receive nutritious meals that contribute to their recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the facility's established guidelines, ensuring high-quality food service is maintained at all times.
- Assist in supervising and executing daily cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in large-scale cooking or completion of a relevant training program is preferred.
- Exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor when interacting with elderly and disabled individuals.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Able to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Capable of performing the essential functions of the position.
