About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities
  • X-Ray Technician Duties:
    • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, escorting them to dressing and x-ray rooms, and provide verbal and/or written instructions to assist with positioning.
    • Operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes, positioning the equipment and adjusting controls according to examination specifications.
    • Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to ensure patient and team member safety.
    • Maintain radiologic equipment, reporting malfunctions to Center Operations Director, and ensuring all workflows are followed.
  • Medical Assistant Duties:
    • Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, as well as prepare patients for physical examinations.
    • Take vital signs, perform ancillary testing, and administer vaccinations or injections as required.
    • Assist providers during examinations and treatment, responsible for performing routine medical procedures as ordered by treating clinicians.
    • Apply bandages, dressings, and splints as needed, dispense medications and DME, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: High School Diploma or GED, graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology, and certification from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Experience: At least six months of medical assistant experience, preferably with knowledge of occupational medicine requirements and prior medical office, healthcare, and customer service-related experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, strong communication skills, teamwork focus, and ability to maintain working relationships with colleagues.
