Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Daikin. Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of facility technicians to ensure the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our facilities, including water treatment plants, electrical infrastructure, gas delivery systems, and manufacturing area cleaning teams.
  • Facilities Management: Manage and direct the facilities functions on site with a focus on minimizing costs and ensuring high reliability.
  • Work Planning and Coordination: Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facilities maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training plans for the facilities team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement both preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal performance of our facilities.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Participate in the preparation and administration of the facilities budget.
  • Customer Service: Manage subordinate teams effectively to ensure positive customer support and satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Perform duties safely, effectively, and efficiently while maintaining a safe and clean work environment that complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
