Deductions Analyst

LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Deductions Analyst to join our client's finance team and contribute to their continuous revenue growth. Our client is a leading provider of high-quality products and successful brands in the CPG industry, committed to excellence and sustainability.

• Review and analyze customer deductions to identify root causes, such as pricing discrepancies and promotional allowances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve deduction issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of deduction activities, including tracking and reconciling open deductions, adjustments, and recoveries.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize deductions and improve deductions management processes.
• Prepare and analyze deduction reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements and revenue optimization.

• 2+ years of deductions management experience within the CPG or related industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes on a global scale.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
