  • Maintain current knowledge of standard physical therapy practices for various patient populations.
  • Provide competent services, including treatment, and maintain established department/service line productivity standards.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely, in accordance with regulatory, facility, and department requirements.
Requirements
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Clinical background experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Environment

This position is based at Alta View Hospital with coverage in clinics in a 30-mile radius. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality patient care.
