Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team at Bunge. As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures, and supporting the overall operations of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Operate mobile equipment, such as forklifts and tractors, to transport materials and supplies.
- Assist with trash and sanitation duties, including emptying trash cans and recycling bins.
- Support the maintenance team with tasks such as changing light bulbs and performing minor repairs.
- Work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
