Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Lead Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular wellness visits for all residents to assess their health and identify any potential issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health status to the Resident Care Director and other relevant parties.
- Provide education and training to community team members on infection control practices and other relevant topics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding resident care and services.
- Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
- Current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
- Minimum of one year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed.
