Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate a cash register, handle cash, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
- Assist with receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and rotating products to ensure freshness and quality.
- Participate in the inventory and cycle count process as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing store duties.
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and proficiency utilizing general office equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
This role requires working in a retail store setting, open to the public, with exposure to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is typically performed on a level surface, but the use of a ladder or working on an elevated surface may be required as needed.
The expected compensation for this role is between $18.65 to $20.01, depending on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. This part-time position is ineligible for benefits.
