As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in our Lending transformation efforts, assisting in the development aspects of the new platform and collaborating with leads and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in product planning and design sessions, documenting user stories and requirements.
  • Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, and conduct technical research to drive product configurations.
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide and implement nCino and Salesforce platform configurations.
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce Admin and configuration experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in configuration and customization of nCino.
  • 1-2+ years of experience writing and reviewing user stories and documenting config specs.
  • Must have Salesforce/nCino certifications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
  • Experience with commercial lending business.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Working experience on CRM projects for enterprise-sized companies.
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
  • 3+ years of experience with Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing).
  • 3+ years of experience with dev-ops, deployments, autorabit, or Salesforce DX.
  • Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling.
  • Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
