Fabrication Specialist

This position is responsible for utilizing fabrication tools such as plasma cutters, stud guns, and welders to produce high-quality metal products. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques, including flux core, stick welding, and arc gouging.

• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and equipment
• Perform straightening and fitting of sheet metal parts
• Use plasma cutting equipment to cut metal to precise specifications
• Maintain internal quality standards and ensure compliance with all safety factors
• Collaborate with team members to resolve questions and issues
• Support monthly operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment

• Welding experience with various techniques and equipment
• Torching experience and ability to operate plasma cutters
• Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Cooperative attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work environment
