Master Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Brandywine, MD. As a Master Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facial services to our clients, while also providing training and guidance to our esthetician team.

The Master Esthetician will be responsible for:

• Providing top-level facial services to clients, including facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care treatments.
• Training and coaching esthetician team members on esthetics business and sales specifics.
• Monitoring professional and retail product inventory and supply usage.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Participating in ongoing training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest skin care trends and techniques.

To be successful as a Master Esthetician, you will need:

• A strong retail and sales upgrade record.
• Previous experience as an esthetician, with a focus on facial services.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to estheticians.
• Previous training experience is preferred.
