Flooring Installation Supervisor

MKG INTERIORS INC is seeking a highly skilled Flooring Installation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and installation teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials to installation sites, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, and driving awareness of problems and corrective actions early in the installation process.

• Quality Control: Monitor quality standards with regular inspections of installations and ensure all installation and warehouse activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, and implement efficient warehouse processes.
• Installation Management: Work closely with project teams to drive awareness of problems and corrective actions early in the installation process, and communicate corrective actions needed with installers to project management.
• Customer Service: Continuously improve customer satisfaction, follow up all complaints within 48-hour time period with the customer, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of product information and instill confidence with clients.
• Sales: Focus on customer retention at all times and actively recruit installers for all flooring aspects.

• 7-10 years flooring experience preferred
• Installation experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple crews at once
• Ability to work on multiple tasks, lift and carry 40+ lbs, and operate forklift and other equipment relating to flooring installations
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, IPAD proficient, Measure Square, Flooring Software, Blueprints, and Forklift skills

• Employee will work Monday through Friday; however, employee will be included on the Saturday rotation as needed
