We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team on a per diem basis, working nights. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Evaluate patient outcomes, consult with specialists as needed, and adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assess and Reassess Patient Condition: Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients, and reassess as per policy.
- Manage Pain Effectively: Assess and reassess pain, utilize appropriate pain management techniques, and educate patients and families regarding pain management.
- Use Triage Process: Ensure timely and appropriate care to patients, accurately assign triage categories, and prioritize patient care.
- Current RN Registered Nurse Licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification
- Current TNCC and ENPC Certification (Preferred)
