Content Strategist/Tech Writer

Randstad US is seeking a highly motivated IT Service Advisor to join their dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing text/copy for collaboration tools, web experiences, and/or products aimed at helping colleagues navigate the experience when using these channels.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content and communication strategy for assigned projects that align to business objectives, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels to support organizational goals.
• Creates content through multiple communications channels, while keeping core communication messaging consistent and concise.
• Examples of content creation include but are not limited to emails, training documentation, video scripting, tool/website interface verbiage, product description, newsletters, and articles.
• Creating unique content specific to identified projects or programs with target colleague audience in mind.
• Generates innovative ideas for workflow solutions (ex: internal tools).
• Ensure quality of communication delivery for multiple concurrent projects or programs for Technology teams.
• Function as team advocate with accountability for setting direction to develop best communication practices outside of core team.
• Support efforts to develop standard practices, components, guidelines for use of communication.
