Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Los Angeles, CA. Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $2984-3595/week. This includes competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

As a Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transports patients as needed
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- One to three years experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Other certifications may be required for this position
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
