  • Receive and prioritize room assignments from management
  • Clean, stock, and maintain assigned guest rooms according to Colwen and brand standards
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and needs
  • Check inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as necessary
  • Ensure guest privacy and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform final walk-around to ensure room meets hotel standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a rotational 7-day work cycle, including weekends and holidays
