About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender, Premium to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation: Utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs, and spices to create sensational drinks for our guests.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests, take beverage orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests, and provide information on wine characteristics.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
  • Cash Handling: Handle an assigned bank and follow all cash handling procedures, collect payment for drinks served, and balance all receipts.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a bartender.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, wines, and food and beverage preparations.
  • Skills: Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to create and serve drinks in a timely manner; and ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisors.
  • Personal Qualities: Must be personable, friendly, and welcoming, with excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licenses & Certifications: Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler's, and ServSafe-food handling certifications.
  • Skills: Customer Service skills.
