Position Overview

What sets our Family Birthing Center apart as an exceptional workplace?

The Family Birthing Center is a 44-bed facility at CentraCare, recognized as the largest birthing center in Central Minnesota. We facilitate approximately 2,900 deliveries annually, dedicated to providing exemplary care throughout the pregnancy journey. Our mission is to ensure that labor and delivery are as safe as possible, safeguarding the health of both mother and infant during the entire process. The patients we serve include infants from early to post-term gestation, as well as childbearing women and their families.
  • Work Schedule
    • Full-time | 80 hours per 2 weeks | Onsite
    • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    • No weekend or holiday shifts
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Starting at $21.27 per hour, with pay based on experience
    • $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for qualified candidates
    • Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, paid time off, retirement plans, employee discounts, and more
    • Tuition reimbursement and educational grant programs available
  • Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
    • Valid Minnesota LPN License
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
