Welder/Millwright Specialist

• Perform plant maintenance, crusher rebuilds, conveyor repairs, and various welding repairs/projects.
• Welding repairs to large mining equipment, including shovels, draglines, and haul trucks.
• Fabricate according to prints and specifications.
• Operate various equipment, including lathes and boring machines.
• Collaborate with service writers, foremen, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of welding experience.
• Own set of general tools.
• Technical degree or certification a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work with no restrictions.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to set goals and achieve them.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
