The Chocolate Production Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every piece of candy that leaves our facility meets our high standards for quality and taste. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team of over 30 employees to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Training and developing employees to perform various duties in the manufacturing process
  • Providing clear instructions and communicating performance expectations to direct reports
  • Monitoring and improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Fostering a positive and respectful work environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Prior experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
