Job Title: API Inspector

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled API Authorized Inspector to join our team at Sletten Companies in Watford City/Dickinson, ND area. As an API Inspector, you will be responsible for performing internal, external and onstream inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal, external and onstream inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Properly interpret regulations, codes and industry standards to identify potential issues.
  • Use computer software to compile and submit daily reports and inspection reports.
  • Compile and submit completed inspection reports in a timely manner.
  • Promote a positive relationship between client, facility and customer; and maintain a positive attitude towards coworkers.

Requirements:

  • Current American Petroleum Institute certifications (Preferably 510 or 57-).
  • Extensive practical experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards including ASME and API.
  • ASNT Level II Certification in MT/PT/UT strongly preferred.
  • Current Driver's License from state of residence.
  • TWIC Card holder.
