Job Title: Traveling Registered Nurse - CVOR

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse - CVOR to join our team at The Good Life MedStaff. Job Summary:

The Traveling Registered Nurse - CVOR will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the CVOR, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nurses, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Experience working in the CVOR as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
