About the RoleWe are seeking a Dish Person to join our team. As a Dish Person, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service according to company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
Responsibilities:- You will report to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform, and practice good personal hygiene.
- Rinse and arrange soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware into washer trays.
- Loading trays into dishwasher; removing dishes, silverware, and glassware from washer trays and stocking for kitchen personnel and servers.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area.
- Monitor and oversee food temperatures during hot and cold food handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause foodborne illness.
- Perform general maintenance of all floors (mopping and vacuuming) at end of work shift.
- You must have basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
- Must be able to communicate clearly.
We offer competitive pay with an estimated salary range of $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience and location.
