Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Program Director at Open Sky Community Services.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered services that support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Significant Mental Illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Intensive Community Wrap Around Supports team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve services and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on evidence-based practices and emerging trends in the field.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree with relevant coursework or experience in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in leadership or management roles, preferably in human services.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and emerging trends in the field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
