McDonald's Maintenance Worker Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Emptying trash compactors and taking out the trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs to ensure proper functioning and safety
