We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and perform daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, cleaning equipment, and unloading delivery trucks
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units, and removing debris from the roof
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant's exterior
  • Participate in a team environment to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently
