Job Responsibilities:
As a Review Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal compliance review of patient engagement and retention strategies.
This role serves as the liaison with Regulatory Advertising and Promotion (RAP), Privacy, Health Care Compliance Officers (HCCOs), Legal Department, study team members, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the creation, management, and distribution of patient and site-facing materials.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes and quality standards to ensure effective compliance submissions.A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or health-related field, is required.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in global patient recruitment and clinical trial execution within a pharmaceutical company, Contract Research Organization (CRO), or healthcare facility/research site.
Expertise in drug development, clinical trial operations, and strategic planning is essential.Previous experience in clinical trial operations, including study outreach, patient compliance, and support programs, is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively are crucial.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and self-management skills are necessary.
Proven project management capabilities are required.
Team Collaboration:
Demonstrates initiative in problem-solving and enhancing efficiency and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required; familiarity with Microsoft Project and Veeva is preferred.
