We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in K-12 settings, providing individualized speech therapy services to support their communication and language development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication and language skills
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication and language development
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
- Tennessee SLP license
- Masters in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- 2+ years of school experience preferred, but not required
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance options

- Scheduled and guaranteed hours
- $38-$52 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Travel contracts available for qualified applicants (Relocation reimbursements and housing/meal stipends)
