Licensed Surveyor

As a Licensed Surveyor at The Middlesex Corporation, you'll be responsible for performing a range of surveys, including vertical and horizontal control surveys, boundary surveys, and calculations. You'll also oversee project management duties, direct and manage survey crews and technicians, and ensure the accuracy of surveys and calculations. This role requires a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction surveying, dimensional control, or a related field. They'll also be a Professional Licensed Surveyor in the State of Florida, registered as a land surveyor, and possess a valid driver's license. Strong knowledge of surveying and heavy civil construction, along with basic CAD skills, is essential.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
