We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to join our team at Cascades. As a Senior Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial data, as well as analyzing and improving our operating cost performance.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ensure that financial data is accurate, complete, and reliable, and provide regular financial reports to management.
- Cost Control and Optimization: Analyze and improve operating cost performance indicators, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets, and ensure that financial goals and objectives are met.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor financial analysts, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: 5+ years of related professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP software.
