Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our guests.
• Monitor and control housekeeping expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and food and beverage, to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
