About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support each other in times of need.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring that all products are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and priorities, responding to new challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
