About the Role

This is a senior-level management position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and operational acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our emergency and trauma department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and developing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a clinical management or administrative capacity and possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is also preferred. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Oversee the management of fiscal and material resources
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Title 22 and other regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement plans to improve staff performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a clinical management or administrative capacity
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (preferred)
  • Current BLS provider card
  • Membership and/or certification in a Professional Organization
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $64.76 and $103.61 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
