Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and service. You will work closely with our pharmacists to ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of medications, while also providing a positive customer experience.

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and labeling.
• Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information and medication orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medication inventory.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
