Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Swift Placement & Consulting. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. The position involves extensive travel to customer sites, where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of machinery and equipment.

About the Role

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in complex machinery and equipment
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on-site, using a variety of tools and equipment
  • Install new equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in field service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
