Clinical Leadership Opportunity

The Inline Group is seeking an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to provide clinical leadership to our Center for Women locations in Casa Grande, Chandler, Maricopa, and Mesa.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our OB/GYN team
  • Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems
  • 60% clinical, 40% administrative split
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting
  • Able to work effectively with and as a team player
  • Ability to suggest and write policies and procedures specific to the OB/GYN department
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
  • Spanish speaking preferred
Benefits
  • Base salary up to $325,000 plus productivity bonus and Director stipend

Qualifications
  • AZ license
  • Experience as a Chief of Obstetrics or Chief of Medical Staff
  • Experience supervising, planning, assigning, and directing work of OB/GYN Providers and support staff
