Position Overview

The Automotive Service Specialist, under the supervision of the Store and Service Managers, is tasked with executing both fundamental and advanced vehicle maintenance and repair duties, assessing automobiles for potential issues, and diagnosing problems to guarantee optimal vehicle performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Application of extensive automotive repair expertise Delivering exceptional service quality to our clientele Conducting skilled mechanical tasks while evaluating and diagnosing issues Inspecting, replacing, and/or repairing faulty components while performing preventive maintenance on vehicles Continuously acquiring new technical knowledge and skills to keep pace with the rapidly evolving automotive industry Exhibiting behaviors that align with the company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, management, and suppliers Complying with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Maintaining a safe, tidy, and organized workspace

Required Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service, automotive mechanics, and/or engine diagnostics in a professional setting ASE Certification is preferred, though not mandatory Necessary Technician Tools A valid driver's license Capability to operate and drive vehicles Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service abilities with a commitment to fostering long-term trust and relationships with our clients Willingness to work on weekends
