Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Scotia, New York. As an SLP, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students' academic and social development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
