- Current New Jersey physician license (MD or DO) with residency and board certification.
- Board Certified.
- BLS/ALS Certification within 3 months of appointment or willingness to be certified.
- NJ DEA and CDS license.
- Experience in college health settings.
- Two (2) years of experience, particularly in women's health and general medical practice.
