Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Inpatient Med-Surg Telemetry Float Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the Med-Surg Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Float to other inpatient units within your scope of practice as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of current Med-Surg/Tele experience required.
  • Travel experience preferred.
  • Small critical access facility experience preferred.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • State license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Vermont.
