**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are looking for a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to teach beginning reading and math skills, assist children with developing social and emotional skills, and create an engaging classroom environment. As a Pre-K Instructor, you will be responsible for designing instruction to meet students' collective and individual needs.

You will be required to communicate effectively with parents and other school personnel, use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques, and assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.

• Teach beginning reading and math skills

• Bachelor's degree and state teaching certification
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
