This role encompasses both field and office responsibilities across various disciplines, including water resources, wastewater treatment, site design, and drainage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships effectively.
  • Develop plans, specifications, and permit applications for municipal infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater.
  • Conduct design work for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, including hydrological and hydraulic studies, site plans, grading plans, utility profiles, and erosion control strategies.
  • Participate in regulatory land use meetings as necessary.
  • Expand responsibilities as expertise is acquired.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is essential.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with inflow and infiltration (I/I) studies and sanitary sewer evaluation studies (SSES) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Local travel may be necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
