About the Role:

The Radiology Technologist is a vital member of our Imaging/Radiology team at MultiCare Health System. In this role, you will perform general radiology imaging studies that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services.
  • Follow policies and procedures as you provide patient care activities and any related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and families.
  • Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from an accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
  • Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; if registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification.
  • MA-P is required for Maple Valley Rad Techs who perform Phlebotomy.
