Nurse Practitioner

Cassia, a faith-based, nonprofit organization, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Moose Lake Village in Greater MN. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to our mission of fostering fullness of life for older adults in the spirit of Christ's love.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Have a current MN Nursing license
- CPR preferred but not required
- Possess strong people and communication skills
- Have a desire to care for the older population and others in need
