POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Poolside Food Runner, your primary responsibility will be to support the Food Servers in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience. By recognizing and responding to the individual preferences and needs of our guests, you will contribute to creating memorable moments during their visit.

COMPENSATION: $7.08 plus tips

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a consistently positive guest experience by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including all bar-related spaces, tables, chairs, countertops, and floors.
  • Swiftly clear and reset poolside tables, including the removal of debris and the cleaning of spills or stains around the pool area.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of silverware, glassware, condiments, paper products, and other essential items required for the smooth operation of the dining outlet while delivering excellent guest service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with menu offerings.
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor setting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of service poolside.
  • A team player who is eager to create positive experiences for guests.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality service.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
