We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Aladdin Campus Dining. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to students and faculty at Middle Georgia State University - Cochran.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and desserts, to meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard, meeting our quality and safety guidelines.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food preparation.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Culinary Experience: At least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment, with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Culinary Knowledge: Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Service: Customer service experience is required.
