Tanning Representative

About the Role

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals while enjoying a sun-kissed glow? As a Sun-Kissed Ambassador, you will be the face of our Relax and Recover department, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our members have an unparalleled experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team. As a Sun-Kissed Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining a full knowledge of our tanning beds, hydro massage, and spray tan units. Your role will involve consulting with customers in a professional and upbeat manner, suggesting safe tanning times and different UV tanning beds and spray tan options.

Main Responsibilities

• Suggesting suitable tanning options to customers based on their skin type and preferences
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all members
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
• SmartTan Certification (paid for by Fitness Ventures LLC)
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts
