About the Role:

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dining Room Server to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear tables and transport dirty dishes to the dishwasher
  • Wipe down tables and chairs to maintain a clean and sanitized environment
  • Ensure the floor is free of debris and clutter
  • Reset tables to prepare for new guests
  • Assist with stacking dishes properly for the dishwasher
  • Keep the Coke machine filled with ice and clean
  • Check restrooms hourly to ensure they are clean and well-stocked
  • Refill guests' drinks when not busy

Additional Duties:

  • Pre-bus tables to prepare for new guests
  • Sweep underneath tables during clearing and resetting
  • Remove, clean, sanitize, and store booster seats and highchairs
  • Clean up spills quickly and place a wet floor sign
  • Collect tips and deposit them into the tip jar
  • Retrieve articles left on tables and bring them to a manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as taking out the trash or cleaning windows

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
