Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Aide to join our team at Personalized Nursing Light House INC. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents in a treatment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with their daily needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Facilitate the intake and departure processes for residents
- Treat residents with cultural sensitivity and respect
- Upload documents into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
Work Environment:
Our Residential Aide will work in a fast-paced treatment setting, providing support to residents with varying needs. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Work Schedule:
